In the first quarter of 2025, the top sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Europe showed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at the top five games:

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced a decrease in weekly downloads from 796K at the start of January to 442K by the end of March. Revenue peaked at $3.3M in early January but settled around $1.7M by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users demonstrated a slight recovery, rising from 29.8M in mid-March to 30.4M by the end of the quarter.

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! by Mojang saw stable weekly downloads, ranging between 6K and 8K throughout the quarter. Revenue showed a slight increase, peaking at $245K in the last week of March. Active users also rose, reaching nearly 698K by the end of the quarter.

One State RP - Role Play Life from ChillBase had fluctuating downloads, with a notable peak of 168K in early February. Revenue increased to $78K in early March before ending at $71K. Active users saw a decline from 214K in February to 145K by the end of March.

PK XD: Fun, friends & games by Afterverse Games maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 230K in early January. Revenue increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching $47K. Active users climbed to 1.9M by the end of March.

ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live from Naver Z Corporation saw its downloads peak at 131K in late February. Revenue showed a slight upward trend, ending at $32K. Active users decreased from 935K at the start of January to 736K by the end of March.
